IAN GILLANDERS, UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCHER, DEPT. OF BIOLOGY

I am a senior majoring in biology on the neuroscience track and minoring in design. I am interested in how such complex neural networks arise and how different diseases can affect said network. In lab I work with my mentor to understand the role of criticality in the brain and how it might effect different pathologies and disease.

In my free time I love playing basketball and playing video games with my friends, as well as learning about game design
