Jimmy Zhong, GRADUATE STUDENT, COMPUTATIONAL & SYSTEMS BIOLOGY PROGRAM

The nervous system processes information at various spatiotemporal scales. I am interested in understanding the variability of information processing in different brain areas using big data and machine learning approaches. Along the same vein, I am also interested in local electrophysiological variability across brain states, mainly sleep-wake states.

Outside of lab, I love playing and watching soccer (the real football). I also enjoy board games and hiking.
