I am a research technician interested in the mechanisms of autism and schizophrenia. I am excited to investigate the synapse-level deficits that are present in autism, as well as the network level dysfunction that this can lead to. 

Recent Publications:

Murine versus human apolipoprotein E4: differential facilitation of and co-localization in cerebral amyloid angiopathy and amyloid plaques in APP transgenic mouse models.

 

Effects of CD2-associated protein deficiency on amyloid-β in neuroblastoma cells and in an APP transgenic mouse model.

 

Anti-ApoE antibody given after plaque onset decreases Aβ accumulation and improves brain function in a mouse model of Aβ amyloidosis.
